bleh

so today is T's birthday and I totally just caught his (would have been) awesome birthday cake on fire. that's like something someone would joke about when referencing my sub-par cooking skills but no. it really happened.

I also found out the thing living in my wall is actually a pregnant squirrel. awesome.

so I'm off to get more cake mix and hope that by the time I get back my oven is cool enough for me to clean out. In the meantime here are some pictures I took with my camera phone today (in lieu of an actual camera)
