Flickr Friday: Succulents & Vintage Toys

This week's (and the first ever) Flickr Friday is inspired by the pairing of succulents & cacti with lovely vintage toys (and scenery). I've just repotted a few new succulents for my house after most of my leafier green friends have passed on to a better life. However, I still have about half of my plant population intact, so it seems my black thumb has turned into a sort of teal thumb.

In other news: my sister is in town for the weekend! I'm off to show her a good Austin time: bbq, swimming at Barton Springs, and cocktails in the backyard.
