Dispatches from the Island

Hello! Remember me? In the hubbub of leaving for vacation, prepping for a wedding, finishing up custom orders and all the million errands that come with it, I forget to check off one thing on my "to do" list: write vacation blogs. Ah, well. It's probably better off that I take a proper vacation and take a break from the internet. Does anyone else find this incredibly difficult?

I'll be back soon with a longer and more substantial post - I have several in the works: sharing pictures from the wedding, including personalized 1" buttons, amazing letterpress invitations, pictures of their diy-ed table tops and of course pictures of the blushing bride; pictures from my Holga of South Carolina (where I'm currently stationed with my family, playing bocce ball on the beach and filling up on shrimp and grits and non-virgin Arnold Palmers - heaven!)

In the meantime, I'll leave you with a few pictures. Heather & James set up a photobooth for the wedding (because not only are they photobooth fanatics, but all of their friends are too) and the pictures from it are amazing. Here's a couple of my favorites... mainly because they perfectly capture the elated spirit throughout the entire event.
